Dione Valentino
Owner / APRN; FNP-BC
Dione, better known as Dee, has many talents up her sleeve. Is she creating new products for her woodworking business or is she finding her passion in helping people look and feel their best? She is a hustler to the core. Her two kids add to her hustle. Whether at the ball fields or courtside at a volleyball game, she’s always on the go!
Let’s talk business though: Dione is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a Masters in Science. She has areas of expertise in telemetry, mental health, and critical care. She has worked between two hospitals rounding on hemodialysis patients, specializing in electrolytes and fluid balance. Aesthetics have always been her passion since starting in Cosmetology over 20 years ago. She continued to further her aesthetics passion and take master advanced level Aesthetics courses and has been injecting for years.
Lynn Harvell
Owner / BSNRN
Grit – a word that encompasses many of Lynn’s characteristics. From taking care of her clients to hitting the gym, Lynn shows a passion for everything she sets her mind to and it shows.
She graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with her Bachelors in Science of Nursing. Lynn currently splits her time at Drip Drop and Davita Dialysis as a Dialysis Nurse. She started off her career in nursing at Riverside in 1997. Some units she worked on during this time were the psych ward and cardiac units.
Lynn is certified with injections through aesthetic medical training through Chicago Laser Institute.
Cleaning and gardening are her zen activities! Her calming nature and dedication to her work assures you that you are in great hands with our services!
Amanda Taylor

As a dedicated Medspa Manager, I am passionate about creating an exceptional experience for our clients, ensuring they feel beautiful, confident, and cared for every step of the way. With a deep understanding of the wellness and aesthetic industry, I oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate top-tier treatments, and work closely with our team, to provide unparalleled service.
When I’m not managing the spa, I’m a proud mom of four amazing children, balancing the beauty of motherhood with the drive to pursue my career and personal growth. Being a mom has taught me patience, organization, and the importance of self-care-values I bring into both my professional and personal life.
I’m always striving to make a positive impact on both our clients’ lives and my family, with a strong belief that beauty and self-care start from within. I’m passionate about helping others feel their best, both inside and out.
Rachel Colant
Registered Nurse
With nearly 20 years of nursing experience, Rachel has spent the last two years specializing in aesthetic medicine. She earned her Bachelor’s in Business from ISU before transitioning from the finance world to nursing, graduating from JJC in 2009. Rachel has worked at Silver Cross Hospital for 19 years, with experience in Acute Dialysis and the Interventional Pre/Post unit. Passionate about fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness, Rachel supports clients in their weight management journey using evidence-based strategies and compassionate care. She also helps clients achieve their aesthetic goals through personalized, minimally invasive treatments such as microneedling, injections, and IV therapy, with a focus on natural-looking results. Outside of the medspa, Rachel enjoys coaching basketball and cheer, cheering on her kids, staying active, traveling, skiing, and trying new healthy recipes.
Katrina McCue
Registered Nurse
Katrina has a Master of Science in Nursing from Rush University, and brings over 10 years of nursing experience to our team. Her foundation is in Critical Care, having worked alongside Dione at both Riverside and St. Mary’s hospitals. Recently, she was named the Prime Healthcare Illinois Market Director of Staffing and Productivity. Outside of work, Katrina enjoys spending time with her two kids, two dogs, and cat. She lives in Channahon and loves reading, gardening, and keeping her home spotless.
Presly Boyle
Registered Nurse
Presley is a proud stepmom of two beautiful kiddos who are very involved in sports, their favorite being Tee-Ball which she coaches along side her husband. Outside of work, Presley is adventurous outdoors whether it’s fishing, catching frogs with the kids to hunting with her husband, and she loves tending to their garden.
Presley is an aesthetic nurse injector certified through National Laser Institution. She has a background in critical care nursing for nearly 4 years which brings a high level of expertise and detailed care to her work.
In her free time, she’s passionate about crochet, sewing, and scrap booking all the memories made along the way. She’s always looking for new creative projects to dive into. With a heart for both family and nature, Presley leads a fulfilling and adventurous life with her favorite people by her side to enjoy the all little things life has to offer.
Breanne Connor

Breanne wears many hats! She’s a mom, a wife, an artist, a nurse, a small business owner, and even an estimator. Breanne’s nurturing disposition originally led her to hospice nursing and then to pediatrics caring for medically fragile kiddos. Later on she began a successful photography company and then landed at Drip Drop where she could blend nursing and art, she’s so excited to continue to learn all the aesthetic world has to offer. Breanne began her own wellness journey at Drip Drop about 2 years ago and that’s what especially excites her about serving our clients here. On any given day she can be found diving deeper into the world of wellness learning about supplementation (glutathione is her favorite), peptides and bioavailable hormone replacement therapy. You can also find her building those muscles in the weight room 4-5 days each week because muscle is the organ of longevity! She thrives on the volleyball court, athletics has been her safe haven since childhood. She adores animals and has many on her homestead including chickens. Her favorite place to be is in the woods watching the shadows dance or on the beach reading a book. She’s so excited to cheer you on throughout your own wellness journey!

With over 22 years of experience, Christina is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse. Over the years, she has honed her skills and deepened her commitment to helping others, transitioning into the field of aesthetic nursing to combine her passion for healthcare with a love for enhancing natural beauty. As an Aesthetic Nurse, Christina specializes in procedures that focus on rejuvenation, skin care, and enhancing client confidence. Her extensive background in nursing ensures that all treatments are performed with the utmost care and precision. With a personalized approach, she listens to each client’s needs and goals to create a tailored treatment plan that meets their desires. Christina believes that true beauty comes from within, and her mission is to help her clients feel confident and empowered in their own skin. As a devoted mom of two teenagers, Andrea understands the importance of balance, self-care, and sustainable wellness. She embraces an active lifestyle that inspires her clients, both inside and outside the medspa.When she’s not caring for clients or working out at the gym, Andrea enjoys soaking up the sun, hiking, riding Harleys, traveling, and discovering new foods. Whether in the treatment room or in everyday life, Andrea’s energy, warmth, and commitment to wellness make her a valued part of the Drip Drop Aesthetics team.

Michelle Hubbard is a licensed esthetician and hairstylist with a true passion for helping clients feel confident and beautiful. With a strong background in both skincare and hair, she brings a well-rounded, personalized approach to every service she provides.
A proud mom with a naturally goofy, fun-loving personality, Michelle believes beauty should feel uplifting and enjoyable—not intimidating. She loves building genuine connections with her clients and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable, relaxed, and cared for.
When she’s not behind the chair or in the treatment room, Michelle is busy being a mom and embracing life with laughter. Her positive energy, creativity, and heartfelt care make her a wonderful addition to the team and a favorite among clients.
Madison Gomez
Esthetician
Madison is a newly licensed esthetician and a graduate of Universal Spa Training Academy. She is excited to begin her career in the beauty and skincare industry and is passionate about helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and comfortable in their own skin. With a strong love for skincare and self-care, Madison values creating meaningful connections and providing thoughtful, personalized experiences for every client.
Outside of the treatment room, Madison enjoys staying active at the gym and spending quality time with friends and family, which helps her stay balanced and motivated. She is eager to continue learning, growing, and delivering exceptional care as she builds lasting relationships with her clients.
Paige is a certified spray tan artist with over a year of experience and a true passion for helping clients feel confident, beautiful, and glowing. She loves connecting with new people and creating a comfortable, fun experience for every client who walks through the door. Paige is currently pursuing a business degree while continuing to grow her career in the beauty industry. In addition to spray tanning, she also serves as a receptionist and assists with social media at Drip Drop, helping keep clients informed and engaged. When she’s not at the med spa, Paige enjoys spending time with her family and boyfriend, and she’s a proud cat mom to her two boys, Cooper and Kobe.
